LUCAND (Christophe), L'espace pernandais, entre identité
commerciale et singularité foncière.
À l’origine de l’identification de l’espace pernandais, la place
et l’organisation des activités vitivinicoles structurant les grands équilibres
du village ne semblent pas composer de réelles singularités communales
distinctives. L’entité viticole retenue et les acteurs qui l’animent illustrent
au seuil du XXe siècle le modèle prévalant dans toute la Côte bourguignonne des
petits centres tout entier placés dans l’orbite du commerce local. L’apparente
absence du négoce à Pernand traduit en cela la force d’un ordre marchand
toujours triomphant. Pourtant, le rapide basculement des principes de sa
domination fonde les conditions d’une reconfiguration complète de
l’identification vitivinicole du village.
Ce travail propose de saisir l’importance de la recomposition à
l’œuvre à travers la compréhension de l’impact du rôle du commerce dans
l’identification de l’espace pernandais. Il s’agira d’aborder la question des
échelles d’analyse, des réseaux d’acteurs, des normes et des références
structurant ce territoire au moment du passage de l’ordre marchand vers l’ordre
foncier.
The original identification of pernand’s space,
the situation and the organization of wine structuring the overall balance of
the village do not seem to consist of real communal distinctive singularities.
The entity holding wine and actors that animate illustrate the threshold of the
twentieth century the prevailing model throughout the Côte bourguignonne small
centers located entirely within the orbit of local trade. The apparent lack of
trading in Pernand this translated into the strength of a market order always

This presentation proposes to grasp the
importance of the restructuring at work through an understanding of the impact
of the role of trade in the identification of space pernandais. It will address
the issue of scales of analysis, stakeholder networks, standards and references
structuring this territory during the transition of the market order to the
order land.
